How are we different?

Specialised in Family Law
One distinctive benefit to working with us is that we exclusively practise family law and continually update our professional knowledge as both the law and the world around us changes.

Compassion
Jacqueline Minors and her team understand how to manage the sensitivity and diversity of family law matters whilst remaining compassionate and empathetic throughout these stressful and even traumatic times.

People helping people
At Minors Family Law, we’re essentially people helping people. When we commit to you as a client, we’re right by your side until your case is finalised and we achieve a result.

High Success Rate
We boast a particularly high success rate when it comes to dispute resolution seeing clients in a much more improved position than they were on initial consultations, taking great pride in what we achieve.

Affordability
Family law advice, along with representation doesn’t have to cost a small fortune. When it comes to discussing your circumstances with family law lawyers, we know that unaffordability and financial stress can add to the anguish and complications of resolving family law matters.

Transparency
Both yours and our interests tightly align, so you can be sure we’ll be working with you to achieve a mutual goal providing you with full transparency and understanding every step of the way. We’ll never ask you to follow through with suggestions that you aren’t 100% comfortable with.

Honesty
While it’s unfortunate that inevitably some families may need to hear some bad news or constructive feedback with a family law matter, we’ll portray this as sympathetically as possible offering effective solutions in response. We like to discuss issues with our clients with an upfront and succinct approach while establishing a plan of resolution.
